「No shampoo. Only a tiny hand soap. Nobody helping at the desk. We had to call the property to complain. The first night, no service. The next day the owner said he is new to the business, and he didn't have enough help. Then why does he list the property?」

「The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me. It had gotten kicked underneath one of the tables. I thought that was incredible. They went and looked stopped at...

「Good location with a downtown trolley bus stopping right outside. Clean and tasteful rooms. The receptionist Gabriel went above and beyond being helpful. Good value for money motel that l would stay at again if l go overnight to Eureka Springs.」

「I was there for business and the atmosphere was charming and quiet which is what I needed before long meetings the next day. Breakfast was fresh and coffee was in the lobby all day. Another perk that I thoroughly enjoyed! Beds were even super comfy! 10/10 and will stay here for my next business trip coming up. 」

「Great hotel! If it was just me and my husband I have ZERO complaints. We did travel with our dogs and it is a dog friendly hotel. However there are not any dog parks within walking distance or dog areas within the hotel. Nor are there any dog pick up stations with poop bags and disposal anywhere near the hotel. Even if you have your own bags to pick up after your pet, public trash cans seemed very few and far between.」

「This property is a solid three-star hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and food options in the area were plenty. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a little conversation noise that leaked through the walls, but it wasn't loud enough to affect our sleep. 」
