「Everything about it was great! It was comfortable, close to the beache and well-kept and furnished.」

「We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.」

「Quaint and cozy place to relax. Everything was clean and other neighbor guests were a pleasure to be around.Watching manatee and dolphin cruise the river was a bonus. Location is super convenient.Rented a kayak from ebb for the week to explore the river and the estero bay. The kayaks fit inside a decent sized suv rental for day trips. Estero outfitters rent kayaks for a reasonable rate on the estero river.Ill be back.」

「Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price. 」

「My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and a cooler available to use. The property is not far from the beach and dining, it was easy to find. We would stay here again if our travel plans have us in the area again!」
