"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "The place was very clean, the bed comfortable and all was good. With stone floors, I would suggest that all future guests bring their slippers. The only criticism I would make is that it is about .3 of a mile from the unit to the beach parking lot and then about the same from there to the beach, so the walk to the beach was further than we thought it would be from the listing. Because of that distance, you really do want to load up the car with he chairs and beach items rather than walk it."
