"Walked in to check in and the front desk kid was high as a kite and had just set off a can of bear mace in the lobby. My wife and I smelled and felt it immediately. My wife got nauseas and started choking, we couldnt stop coughing for hours, and our eyes were burning. Submitted complaint to owner via expedia and no response."

"Access to the slopes via the shuttle was incredible. I would recommend highlighting this more in the online listing. Being 2 houses away from the shuttle stop is hard to beat!Property management was extremely responsive to the one question I had.Would highly recommend this place and will be back the next time we are in town."

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Structure and Location were great. Home is a little dated with worn/dirty rugs, dirty dining seats, no Keurig coffee maker, and a really nasty/old outdoor grill. Also the kitchen utensils are really worn and very piece meal.None of these by themselves would stop me from renting the home again but they could all make your stay a little bit easier and nicer.Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a vacation."

"We had a terrible stay at this rental. First, they gave us the wrong keys and we couldn't get into the parking garage. The staff person who we were told would be in touch ASAP didn't contact us for two hours. Inside the rental, the pullout couch was absolutely decrepit and didn't work. The electric burners were also disconnected and weren't turning on. We finally figured out the problem, but Vacasa was of no help—40 minutes after our "urgent" request was put in, still no word from the local manager. Also, the shower water barely got warm. Would not recommend staying here."

"We had an amazing time here! The house is so much bigger than the pictures, it is incredible! It was perfectly clean, was well stocked with everything we needed, and was so comfortable! The hot tub is great, the kitchen is amazing, and the bedrooms are so big! Also, the location is perfect. We skied at Keystone every day, and it worked out great. The River Run parking lot is only 5 minutes away and always had available spots. We also walked there (although not in ski boots ) several times to go into the village. Breckenridge is just 25 minutes away with a beautiful spot to stop on the way - Sapphire Point. This house deserves 10 stars, it really is perfect!"
