"The check in was great and the hosts were responsive. We had a hard time finding the condo because the address was to a different building and the description said it was 3rd floor not second floor. If you count the parking garage it is the third floor. Otherwise great, very well designed and appointed with plenty of cozy spaces and comfortable beds. "Beautiful condo, clean, comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning and trash supplies in kitchen. Bed was super comfy, warm and roomy shower/tub. Many hot tubs outside which nice! Amazing views, quietness and above all why I keep coming back is the amazing staff! Melinda is superb at mamaging, very professional and kind, and I can’t thank you enough for the dear note in our room and making it such a nice stay!"

"Highs and lows! Staff was great. However, feels like because we were an Expedia reservation, we got the run-down part of the property when it was nearly empty. Pros: Amazing location. Walkable to everything. Gym was awesome. Staff was great. Room was clean*. Cons: No AC. On the 4th floor, it gets hot. Also, in the run-down wing, neghbors balcony looks into our bedroom. Not great when there’s no AC and you need the door open. Feels like 1960 called and wants their condo back. Deferred maintenance: BAD. Ventilation system (fan) hardly worked. I saw that the air filter was last changes 5/21/23. (That my friends, is disgusting. Over 3 years old with all kinds of fun caked on.) Central bathroom exhaust fan did not operate in the hotel. Bathroom pocket door needed all bearings replaced and could not be opened or closed without waking everyone up. Electrical outlet was bad. Elevator by our room was OOO. Pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling, but thats good for future.) Bottom line- could be nice if you get a nicer part of the property. The refreshments and expendables were great, just overshadowed by the lack of upkeep of the room."

"It was the worst experience I ever had! If you like staying in a closet then you'll love this property. I blame Expedia for not fully being transparent. My closets at my home are bigger than what this room was! It's like I was staying at a big communal property LOL! No TV in the room, no desk, no lamp, which again Expedia when I looked at the room online it didn't state any of these things which you assume you check into stay at a motel or a hotel if they would have these conveniences and or features. I took out insurance as well which was a big joke, and they offered me a $25 credit on my key cash Awards which I didn't accept as of yet which I probably won't. The manager is willing to upgrade the room for an extra $90 which I didn't do because I had too much going on and didn't feel it was worth it, but I can tell you this I will never stay at that place again as long as I live!"
