「The property was very close to the lake, only a few blocks from Lake Dillon. The balcony overlooked the park which was nice.
The condo itself needs some attention. The dishwasher was loose and very hard to open. The kitchen was minimally stocked. The air conditioner was not working properly. It would not go below 78 degrees. So it was hot most of the time. Nothing in the listing said stated the location was above businesses.」
