The condo sleeps up to six guests, with a king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. Two full bathrooms provide added comfort and convenience during your stay.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole condo, 2 parking spaces, and laundry facilities & the available shared community amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, fire pit, and grill)



Other Things to Note:

• You must display parking passes in your vehicles at all times. We are not responsible for parking violations.

• Please note that the laundry facilities are located in the basements of buildings A and C.

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

• $100 for lost or damaged parking pass.

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 7 PM - 7 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
