「We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It's actually two floors - living room/kitchen/half bath on one and the bedroom & full bath on the other. The layout works very well for us. The unit is over 800 ft, along with the split layout, it feels larger and provides ample space for the two of us. The ground level of the building is for business. Except for a small Latino supermarket, all businesses are professional services so there isn't too much foot traffic in general. Initially, I was concerned...

「This condo was perfect for our ski vacation. It was only about a twenty minute drive from Loveland Ski Area, and thirty minutes from Breckenridge. A cozy home for settling down in after a long day out on the slopes. 100% would love to stay here again next time we make our way out into the Rockies!」

「We went to Dillon to see a show at the Amphitheater and the condo was literally across the street. It has an amazing porch where you can listen to the music from the amphitheater and see the lake. It’s an easy walk down to the lake and tiki bar. The bed was comfortable and the condo was furnished nicely. We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool was undergoing renovations while we were there but we didn’t miss it!」

「The check in was great and the hosts were responsive. We had a hard time finding the condo because the address was to a different building and the description said it was 3rd floor not second floor. If you count the parking garage it is the third floor. Otherwise great, very well designed and appointed with plenty of cozy spaces and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Water pressure could have been stronger but it wasn't bad. All in all I'm really happy with the...

「The property was very close to the lake, only a few blocks from Lake Dillon. The balcony overlooked the park which was nice. The condo itself needs some attention. The dishwasher was loose and very hard to open. The kitchen was minimally stocked. The air conditioner was not working properly. It would not go below 78 degrees. So it was hot most of the time. Nothing in the listing said stated the location was above businesses.」
