About the place:
Take the short flight of stairs up to the unit - sharing the main entrance with another condo. Keyless entry access to both doors. Take stairs up to the top unit (left door). Almost everything was remodeled. You will walk into the living room with a full kitchen. 60" in LED TV with cable HD package, netflix, amazon prime. Free WIFI is available. Sleeper queen size sofa is available for extra space. New kitchen cabinets, countertop, island, flooring... Kitchen is stacked with everything you might need if you want to cook or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Extra large vanity with oversize mirror leads into the bathroom. New tile work, shower head, toilet... Bedroom has a full queen bed with black out curtains. Probably the best feature is the view from the balcony. Enjoy the mountain range and lake view.

About the neighborhood:
Walking distance to restaurants (Pug Ryans, Arapahoe Cafe and Pub Down Under, Lakeside bowling...), driving several miles will take you to Dam Brewery, Red Mountain Grill, grocery store City Market, shopping centers. Easy access to lake Dillon - marina. Close to free Summit Stage bus stops.

About parking:
Park in the front of the unit. It's on first come, first serve basis. Make sure you display parking pass which will be left in the unit. If no parking is available within yacht club buildings, nearest parking is 1/4 mi away near Pug Ryans brewery. Map will be provided. Currently its a paid parking - parking fees will be refunded

Clean and a great view!

Condo was clean with a great view of Dillon reservoir! No complaints about our stay just be aware the entrance has a lot of stairs and you do share an entrance door with the neighboring condo. Would be great for families, couples, or a group wanting to have a weekend away at the lake!

Excellent Space

We stayed at Remi's property for a concert at the amphitheater and it was perfect. The home was well stocked with nearly everything we needed to make our meals. The WiFi signal was excellent for working remotely (on the balcony, of course), and the TV allowed us to catch up on our shows after a day of adventure. The location is amazing for walking to almost everything we did, to include the concert, kayaking/paddleboarding, and restaurants/pubs. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed here to attend a concert at Dillon Amphitheatre! It was the perfect walk to the venue and the place met all of our needs and was exactly as advertised. Would definitely return to this property!

The condo was perfect. Clean and everything as expected. My complaint is with parking. Just make sure you get there early and not too late on a Friday night. Maybe the past weekend was just a really busy weekend since I didn't see any other negative reviews concerning parking. I will say the owner did the best he could to address the situation.

Great Condo in Dillon

Easy to find, clean, comfortable and convenient tiny condo. Enjoyed the balcony and lake view. Two sets of stairs to enter, should be noted for the less agile.

The View 😍

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and felt like home. I could sit on the balcony all day, the view is truly spectacular. We only had one instance where there were not enough parking spaces, so we parked a few blocks away, waited an hour until a space opened up, then went and got the car. This condo is in a safe neighborhood and it was a great opportunity for a walk. I will definitely be checking the availability of this condo the next time we visit Dillon.

Comfy cozy

Great for two adults. You could sleep two more in the living room, but the bathroom and kitchen are small. Great deck off the living room, overlooking Lake Dillon; my spent a lot of time out there. Part of a larger condo/apartment complex, which I wasn’t expecting, but we came off-season, so there were no issues. Spent little time in Dillon; went to Leadville for a day (had a great time!) and a half day in Breckinridge, which was our plan. The drives in the area were beautiful, easy and without incident. Owner was easy to work with, very accommodating and easy to work with. Remodeling was happening on the outside of the complex, which was not really an issue, but for parking; he was concerned about our comfort with that, however, and left us a bottle of wine(he knew it was our 40th anniversary!) very kind and thoughtful. Very comfortable place to stay for two nights, but we were out and about and mostly just slept there.

Dillon get away

Nice property. Interior is updated and there’s a beautiful view. Exterior is being updated but didn’t impact our stay. Remi was very responsive. Close to everything.

Great place, great view!

This place was fantastic! The views are just incredible & the unit is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Its been updated very nicely. The outside building is undergoing renovations which is very much needed but the unit is fabulous. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A Great Place to Spend a Long Weekend

My girlfriend and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and had a great trip. Checking in and checking out was painless. Personally we had no issue finding a parking space. Scenery off the balcony is amazing, I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family!
