「チェックインするのに、戸惑いました。ハイヤット　リージェンシーのところで、チェックインするということが、メールで送られてきた資料には、何も記載がなかったからです。それ以外は、すばらしいホテルでした。」

「Great location. Easy ski in ski out to Breck peak 9. Room was very clean and great amount of space for 2 people. Very nice that a humidifier was in the room as it is needed for the dry CO mountain air. Check in / check out was super easy. Only downsides (and these were minor) were indoor hot tub was being renovated (outdoor hot tube was fine just small) and skis are too big to get locked in ski check room. Looks look like locks were made for pre 1990 skis which were stick straight. In any...

「Hot tub was great! Easy access to snowflake lift. Hill at the bottom was a little steep when accessing lift, but easy for intermediate and advanced skiers. Could just walk that last little bit since it is so close. Kids enjoyed sledding right outside the condo after runs were closed. Wish our time was not cut short. We enjoyed our stay! 」

「This property was advertised as sleeping six with three beds. One of the beds was broken and unusable at check-in and was not repaired until the third day of our four-day stay, leaving one guest without a bed for half of the vacation. The issue was reported immediately.The unit itself was acceptable, but cleanliness and overall quality were below expectations. The mattress on the broken bed was stained, all extra pillows had visible hair on them, and the sheets and towels were very thin and low...
