  • This one-bedroom unit is furnished in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Skiing at Keystone is only 10 minutes away. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photos.

This is an ideal place for a couple or a single person. It is right on the lake, the views are beautiful, and a great bike path is nearby. Very close (10-30 min drive) to four major ski resorts: Keystone, Arapahoe Bassin, Breckenridge and Copper. The property had everything you need and nothing you don’t. Jerrod was very responsive whenever I had a question. Thank you for a great stay.

That apartment / condo is well equipped with all the essentials. Wonderful mountain and Dillon Lake views from the balcony. Owner communicated well and we had no hiccups!

The App kept telling me I have a message from the host, HOWEVER I could not get to the messages... I have proof I was forced to download VRBO app to communicate.. did that, logged in and then could not access any messages and could not figure out how to figure out what unit number was the one we rented.... My husband figured it out by luck ... we went to that unit number figured out which of 2 doors due to parking permit ... tried the code to get in and it worked.... So my advice do not use VRBO APP get all info needed to access the unit and directions prior to leaving... (thankfully I had screen shot info before we arrived) BUT with all that ASIDE ~ Unit was Beautiful and View amazing!! The only complaint was no clock in unit, or living room.... LOL bed comfy and was close to attractions we wanted to see while we visited Colorado for the 1st time.

It was just what we needed - one night up there to fish and go to a concert. Could sleep 4 (small children). Nice area, close to the lake, walkable to amphitheater. Easy communication with owner - Would stay again.
