Disliked: Room comfort, communication

hard to breath in the winter.

In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. They could earn more money by setting it to 8AM.. haha.. I had to visit other center (20mins of walking) to get extra shampoo. yellow stain in the toilet. Other equipments are fine.

Great location. Unit needs maintenance

Property location was excellent. Check in and communication with property managers was excellent. There were several issues with the unit needing maintenance upon our arrival.

Managed Poorly

The room was nice but the property management company was a disaster. I will never stay here again. We chose the location because of its access to the mountain. Upon arrival we were very displeased to learn that while the condo was walkable to the lifts, the office (where we had to go for the key) was a drive away. All the convenience of staying close to the mountain was lost. They provided no help or assistance.
