"So welcoming and friendly. The young lady explained in detail amenities and the location to town. Everything was neat and clean. The room was so cozy and so cute with a fireplace and wood. Very nice. They even offered games and snores! Great breakfast. I would definitely go back!"

"Excellent location. Right by a creek and you can hear it very quiet location. If people are staying in the unit above you, they must not have any carpet in it. It must be all wood or tile. You can hear every footsteps. Would definitely rent this again mainly due to its wonderful location."

"This unit was great for for our 6 week stay in the summer in Keystone. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms are great with basic soaps and hair dryer provided. Humidifiers were available in every bedroom. Towels and sheets were nice and plentiful. Great host communication, onsite management and remote property management were available as needed. Workout room is ok and has what you need, we did not use the pool / hot tub area but they are there. There is an onsite breakfast restaurant and I can recommend the coffee shop / brewery. Don't bother with the convenience store if you don't have to, eggs were 10.50 a dozen. You can easily walk to River Run for festivals and all the shops and restaurants there, as well as the gondola. You are right on the Rec Path for biking. You are right at the base of Loveland pass, so Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge are all a short drive. Location was perfect for us. We had only one issue that would only affect a summer visit when you are enjoying the fresh air. The neighbor below was frequently smoking on the patio throughout the day and occasionally there was noise past quiet hours. This may not have happened before, but it occurred throughout our visit.I would stay again if that problem can be addressed, and it's probably not an issue anyway for winter guests."
