"Pretty rough stay and honestly the worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. So many things just kept compiling, it was almost comical. To start, they offer a free airport shuttle yet their automated phone answering provides incorrect information on pickup and after calling the front desk, you are instead to be picked up in a bus that does NOT say Holiday Inn on it and instead Motel 6 (huh?). While at the hotel, the trash was never taken out during our entire stay in the hall and it was extremely messy and dirty. This carries into the rooms as our floor was incredibly sticky and you could hear the pull from your shoes on the floor which made you feel like you were in a disgusting McDonald’s. There was also a large black hair in the bathroom sink when we arrived so obviously cleaning is lacking here. Elevators also haven’t been checked in over 3 months and they were extremely slow and unreliable. The location is also a bit rough and not safe to walk around (especially at night). Also absolutely skip the attached Mexican restaurant as it was even worse. Just really disappointing as I really like Holiday Inn and it’s my preferred brand of stay but not this time. Giant swing and a miss. I could not wait to check out and head home."

"This was a big let down of a hotel!! Would not stay here again. Shower didn’t work, alarm went off at 4:30 and woke my family. Breakfast was not to normal LaQuinta quality, hotel was overall dirty and the smell of marijuana was EVERYWHERE!"

"My stay was very short, just a few hours overnight but nice. My only complaints was the room was freezing when I walked in so I had to turn on the heat and the cable was out so we couldn’t watch tv but that wasn’t really a concern cause I was going to sleep anyway and just watched tv on my phone. Other than that everything else was just fine and staff was very nice. I left something behind in the room when I checked out, didn’t realize it until I got all the way back home in another state. I called and they had it and allowed my family member to pick it up for me so i appreciated that"

"Room clean, bed comfortable. Staff neither friendly (as many comments reported) nor unfriendly. Bar/restaurant was a popular place right in the lobby. We did not have time to access it. The indoor pool was scummy as reported by others and closed (for repairs?). We would not have had time to access this either on our short trip, but would have been disappointing if we had time. Coffee/water/tea bar with creamer options in lobby 24/7 which is nice. Also, there were snacks/meals for sale in a cold case that were reasonably priced ($6 for a ham/cheese/cracker tray that we thought would be closer to 12 in a hotel where things are often overpriced). Close to airport which was handy for an early morning flight departure. Often these days you pay for parking with nothing in exchange-no monitoring of the lot, no safety features. Here at least you received the protection of an arm gate security. Still hefty at 15 dollars each entry/departure fee, but not as bad as our son's hotel downtown which was 60 dollars a night. The activities we were in town for gave us 2.5 hours free between them, and we were exhausted from our two day turn around cross country trip. We would have returned for a nap, but didn't want to pay 15 dollars to sleep! Also, small curly hair on clean towel (ew) and shower did not drain. Our room was a few feet from the elevator, but noise was not a problem. Also room A/C was excellent - very important to me! Despite the issues, we would be willing to stay again."
