The courtesy of the Staff and exemplary customer service. The cleanliness also stands out amongst the ratings of other hotels in the area. I would recommend during the Holidays in order to keep staff, guests and patrons safe is to hire security, which certainly would give staff and patrons more trust & confidence in Marriott.

I stay in hotels a lot for work. This hotel really surprised me. It was one of THE NICEST hotels I have stayed in a while, regardless of star rating. The rooms weren't brand new or recently renovated, but something about them was high quality and very well cared for. I was really impressed with this particular hotel/location. Also, the inviting lobby set up w/many different areas to sit and visit was laid out very well and comfortably.

The hotel staff were great from check in to the bar and bistro area. Everything overall was clean except the pool. The water was very dirty which was a huge disappointment for my 4 and 8 year old. Other families came and seen the water left as well.
