「Everything about this cottage was perfect for our trip. We had the pleasure of visiting the cottage and utilizing it as a spring board into DC, walked to the metro (.8 miles) and to our weekend event from there. The cottage has some unique (to us) amenities such as push button blinds... not something you necessarily see in Interior Alaska where we live. 「This is a great place to stay if you enjoy the outdoors, a great view and peace & quiet. The hot tub, deck and fire-pit all have incredible views and are a great way to spend an evening or start your day. All of these areas are well shaded by trees which make them even better during a hot summer day. The home is managed by a rental agency so there are more procedures and processes involved with checking in/out than other places we have stayed, but overall things were smooth.」
