One even on the first floor for anyone that has a difficult time with stairs. Price was extremely reasonable as well! Hosts were extremely thoughtful & left us pancakes, syrup & a case of water upon arrival. It’s the little things that can set this rental experience above others."

"Tiny House IRIS was a lovely stay! It’s a Tiny house but the beds were So comfortable and the fire pit and hot tub were much welcomed amenities. Hot tub was very clean as was the home. It was delightful to have breakfast on the little deck upstairs surrounded by the forest. In the afternoon & evening, we found the fire pit /hot tub combo to be SO RELAXING!! Dryer worked great to get things ready for the next day. Our host was very responsive and attentive. Operational questions were answered before we asked them so we knew what to do and what was expected of us. Very clear and supportive. Highly recommend!!"

"Fantastic place! Clean, pet-friendly, great location just minutes from downtown North Woodstock and Lincoln. Beds were super comfortable. Fenced in back yard for the dogs to exercise. Superb front deck with very nice mountain vista that is great for star gazing at night. I could go on and on...I'll wrap it up by saying we've been coming to the area for 25 years and this was the best yet!"
