We had an amazing time here while we hiked in Franconia National Park! The location was perfect and the views were amazing. We loved the hot tub for post hike relaxation and the balconies for early morning relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time. The food was excellent and the service, impeccable. The room was very nice and there were lots of amenities: paddle boats, tennis courts, ping pong table, walking/hiking trails, a hot tub and a genuinely heated pool (unlike many other hotels where "heated" has a symbolic meaning). The location is also great because it's minutes away from Lincoln and Woodstock, where you'll find a lot of little stores, restaurants, diners, etc.

The rooms are good size and the balcony is very nice. The beds were comfy. The outside pool was heated and nice. The resort has aged and could use some updates, but overall a nice place to stay. Breakfast buffet was very good - however kids should eat free or pay less. Dinner choices were just okay.
