"I called to book a unforeseen wkend with my wife. I booked early Friday morning for a wkend visit. Surprising as it was, my wife and I were flagged as possible teens setting up a wkend party house. Our host Joe called to talk to me and was put to ease. I'm in my sixties & we don't even drink, LOL. Just a quick surprise for my wife and I to get away. Joe welcomed us, Thank you Joe..What a wonderful surprise to walk into this beautiful home! Enormous, warm, neat, clean and so comfortably welcoming. All we needed was our food and clothes. Everything was provided. We also brought our dog, a Boxer who had a blast and explored every space in and out side the house. We came up to see the foliage and it didn't disappoint! Just five minuets down RT16 and up Mt Washington, over to Silver Cascades, and the views,...Pinkham Notch in all her glory,... no words can explain.Joe recommended we try the PUB(lic) in downtown Gorham for dinner. A downhome relaxing environment and great food and pricing, thank you...Then after all that, back to the house for a fire in the fire place and a relaxing night with my wonderful wife.Perfect weather and a wkend to remember!!Thank you Joe!Tim & Heather NHOct/3/2026"
