"Self parking was for tiny cars only. Valet employees were rude and unprofessional. Water would only run for about one minute then turn off for 5 minutes. They did not have another room to move us."

"Great location with super friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were really nice, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We did the s’mores package, which was such a fun touch..my daughter and I loved it and felt safe the entire time. The port was close for our cruise, and we were even able to walk to the Queen Mary. There are Lime scooters nearby and a nice walking path, which made it even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was available for $45"

"Cons: No refrigerator, bed was hard, no breakfast, microwave is in the lobby, I had to go to three different floors because ice machine was not working, have to pay daily for parking unlike other hotels where you have free parking,needs to be updated. Pros: close to freeway, airport, shopping, restaurants"
