"Very clean rooms, walking distance to most things down town, lots of natural light and very spacious"

"Front desk staff was excellent! Helped with an early check in and offered a complimentary bottle of water. The room had an odor that wasn’t awful, but wasn’t pleasant. The toilet plunger situated between my room and the next was off putting to say the least. The toilet didn’t flush well, but did eventually flush which was a plus. The shower first sputtered as if the water had recently been shut off. This may seem silly, but the bath towels smelled like burnt caramel corn. Parking was convenient. Easy walk to the convention center."

"Quick stay in town. We have been here before and always liked this hotel. Had some cleanliness issues with stains on the bed headboard and the outlets were junk. They need updated outlets as nothing would work. Otherwise perfect. "

I went again because I was familiar with it and I was fully expecting it to be just like last time. But no. I was surprised in how well things where ran. The rooms here clean. The lobby was alive. I was very happy with my stay and will stay again "

"Beautiful property!! I will say, they tried to charge me $300 for smoking in my room. They have a new system that senses smoke (even vape smoke!) I did NOT vape or smoke, but did use a medical device for my albuterol. They ended up refunding me, but I was Shocked! 1) feels like an invasion of privacy 2) they did not volunteer the info, I got a notification of a pending charge. "
