「Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room...

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「心配した通りツインベッドルームをリクエストしたのに、案内された部屋はキングサイズのダブルベットの部屋でした。再度フロントにリクエストをしたらモーテルサイドの赤い照明の部屋を用意されました。シングルベット2つのツインベットルームはそれしかなく我慢して一晩過ごしました。照明のスイッチもいくつか機能しないし、スリッパさえありませんでした。車での移動についてはインターチェンジの近くと言うロケーションなので非常に便利なホテルです。ただ明日の移動のために1宿泊するには便利と思われます。ホテルの周辺にはインターチェンジ以外何もありません。」

「great location and extraordinary staff. I met with the owner Hesham, a gentelman who made sure that I get well accommodated. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The AC should be a little colder but that's ok. it wasn't that hot anyway.」

「Renoviertes italienisches Motel in guter Lage, wenn man alles mit dem Auto erledigen will. Für einen Kurztrip wirklich anfrnehm und nur nettes Personal getroffen. Schade, dass das Restaurant im Keller ist, wäre es im Erdgeschoss mit Gartenzugang wäre es optimal. Das Frühstück war italienisch und gut bestückt, frisches typisches italienisches knuspriges Brot wäre noch das Sahnehäubchen gewesen. Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass immer wieder nachgelegt wurde. Insgesamt...

「Very modern and clean property. Gorgeous lake view from the room. Very spacious and comfortable. Good parking with no stairs which makes it easy with luggage. About 38 min. drive to Bellagio (the road is all curves). Very friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant and great service. Our server Asia was great! Highly recommend.」
