「Staff was awesome and so helpful.」

「The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities...

「The guy with the beard who checked me in is a cool dude. There's a lot of wyt trash and some other colors of trash hanging out there. Seemed like people live there or something. But I was told they're not allowed to, they have to kick them our after 13 days so they don't get squatters rights. Anyways, the cops don't really patrol. It seems that pretty much anybody can do whatever they want on the property. Families of dirty vagrants were just hanging out in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes,...

「Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

「Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. 」

「They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. 」

「Breakfast was ok, best part was the woman working it. She was super friendly. The bathroom fan runs with the light, can’t turn it off and it was really annoying. Other than that it was great, very quiet. 」
