Great beach house!…

We were very happy with this rental. The beach house is adorable, just as advertised, and the location is great - steps from the beach and walking distance from a few great restaurants. We didn’t leave the area once! The owner, John, was fantastic. He really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of great shopping & dining ideas. We highly recommend this rental & plan to make this an annual trip!…We were very happy with this rental. Came on a recent surf trip and we're so glad we stayed at the Long Beach Hotel. The staff is super friendly! A special shoutout to Randy and Kathy for being so accommodating and helpful! Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy. There is no waterfront view but the beach is just a block away. The hotels offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby which was awesome. The condo has potential but needs work, which the owner/manager admitted to afterwards. Fortunately, we had good weather but the last night when it rained, water entered through the locked window and soaked the carpet. Two bedrooms had no window coverings. Each bedroom had hookups for a monitor (tv?) in the wall opposite the bed, but for now just a gaping hole. Only one shower was in working condition. One burner on the stove was missing its dial. Chairs need to be replaced or reupholstered.
