「The front lobby was nice, until I went to sit on one of couches and almost landed on floor, it was like there was maybe 1 inch of cushion. I had cancelled original room and got another, less expensive, but forgot to ask about ocean view, i mentioned that at front desk when i got there and nice man said he would upgrade to room with 2 queen beds, but the view was black rooftop, horrible. 「I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished. 「評判どおり日本のビジネスホテルに相当する狭さでしたが、料金、ロケーションの良さは最高でした。NYCではエキストラチャージを覚悟していたのですが、追加はありませんでした。高級スーパー2軒と24時間スーパーに挟まれ、豪雪に遭遇しても不安はありませんでした。朝食はお決まりのコーヒーとパンだけですが、スーパーでサラダ1品でも追加すれば豪華になります。部屋には冷蔵庫があるので、2日間保存できます。 グランドセントラルにも徒歩5分程度なので、そこから地下鉄でどこにでも行けます。天気が良ければ徒歩でも行けそうです。」

「チャイナタウンの一角。周辺は中華料理屋さんだらけ、中国人だらけって感じ。アジアの顔が多くてむしろ安心感あるくらい。ホテルとしては特に不満も特別なところもなし。特筆すべきことがあるとしたら、スタッフがフレンドリーで気持ちが良かった、ということかな。 あとは価格とのバランスがもう少し良ければ、って感じです。」
