"The staff were super friendly & we appreciated the soap & shampoo provided. We also liked that there was a microwave & mini fridge in the room. Unfortunately, our room smelled like cigarettes & our neighbor was a chain smoker constantly outside our window smoking. Also, the only place nearby to eat was a Subway otherwise you have to drive to the next town for more places to eat."

"We arrived kind of late at cottage gardens, they were helpful at getting us checked in, in Eugene Oregon. Then when we left, we left a day early they helped me with the refund for the one day. I appreciate everyone that works there, good staff and good breakfast. Thanks ya'll"

"The exterior of the property is cluttered with construction items, boxes, ladders, painting blankets, etc. It is quite a mess on the exterior around the cottage, not inviting to wander outside. The king bed needs to be replaced. It is an old broken down mattress with a mattress topper. It has zero support and is quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, the cottage is nicely done with all you need for your stay.The helicopter business next door can be quite loud for short periods of time."

"The outside space was amazing. We book our stays according to the location and the enjoyable outside space. This was incredible. Beautiful view of the pond, with an otter sighting and other wildlife. Comfortable seating with multiple choices which includes music and fire pits. We also enjoyed the covered seating area and were able to enjoy a fire while we listened to the rain on the roof. GREAT EXPERIENCE. We highly recommend."

"The outside was beautiful. It had several lovely places to sit looking at a relaxing lake. The inside had everything you need for a stay. However, it wasn’t very clean. The previous guest owned dogs, so there was dog hair everywhere. For example, the headboard on the bed was covered with dog hair as were the sheets. If they had a better cleaning crew the place would be perfect."
