"総合的にみて非常に良いホテルでした。 シャワーの水圧が弱いことと水や歯ブラシ等のアメニティが無いところだけは不満です。逆に言うと不満はここだけです。 朝食がとても美味しく、部屋は綺麗で清潔で十分な広さがあり、ビクトリア駅に近く非常に便利であったことから必ずまた使うと思います。 とにかくフルブレクファストを食べられる朝食が美味い、うますぎます。"

"This hotel was wonderful for me. Check-in and check-out are done on a touch panel, and if you have any questions, the staff will help you. The room was very clean. There are no amenities or a hair dryer, but I knew that in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. There was an issue where hot water didn’t come out of the shower, but when I asked the staff, they fixed it right away. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy downtown area, so there are plenty of restaurants nearby. You can get to the airport or the Eurostar station without transferring. They can keep your luggage after check-out for a fee. If I visit London again, I will definitely stay here."

"ブリッジビューを選び毎日素敵な景色が楽しめました。 ツインの部屋でしたが、広かったです。 シャワーの水圧は少し弱めですが、許容範囲です。 2人で泊まりましたが、1人が寝てる間にダニに10ヶ所くらい噛まれてしまい大変でした。 スリッパやパジャマはなく、冷蔵庫もありませんでした。ドライヤーはありました。 常にタワーブリッジが見れるのでブリッジが開く時間を調べて部屋から見ることもできました。 "
