"Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience."
"This is a huge hotel in a good central location, ideal for easy access to the west end/Soho etc. Staff all very helpful. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Our room was very clean but quite small. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well."
