The room was as advertised. It was spacious for two people and looked very good. The bathroom was great with double sinks and a large shower. The TV had several streaming services so that was convenient. In addition, the room had a small sofa. The only negative with the room was that the temperature was controlled by the front desk. You could not control the temperature in your room. We were not told this. We figured this out when the room was cold and we couldn’t get it warmer. The on-site locker storage was also very convenient since we arrived early in the afternoon before check-in. The business model for this hotel is that there really isn’t a lot of service. You can pretty much check in and check out through your phone. They do have an on-site person but it’s not really a traditional front desk. The hotel is in a very nice area. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to multiple restaurants and tube stops. We can easily get anywhere in the London area from here. There is a small on site breakfast area inside the hotel that is convenient. They have a very limited menu. The hotel was great for what we needed.

Great hotel with nearby tube stations. Friendly staff and overall great service. Free good wifi. Very clean room. Comfortable mattress. Only few things that I could mention as negative such as very flat pillows, very stiff bathroom sliding door and very confusing air con in bedroom. Would definitely stay again though and hopefully next time we stay these things may have been resolved. However they did not impact our stay aside from a handful of moments of irritation with the bathroom door and air con and needing to bulk out the pillows with a towel.

Rooms are very small but that’s expected for London. The staff were helpful but there was no cleaning services during the stay and would’ve been good to have one clean at least during my 4 nights. Overall, very convenient location!

Henry Hotel Bayswater is conveniently located across the street from Hyde Park. You can walk to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Paddington Station. If shopping is your thing then Oxford Street or Piccadilly Circus are close. If you prefer there is easy access to public transit or taxis. Short walk to a wide variety of breakfast or dinner spots.

Great location. Clean rooms. Accessibility to restaurants, public transport. The only issue and a major one is the room is too small. There is no place even for a single 23 kg bag. And the bathroom is tiny.

Check in was not until 4 PM. When I checked in, they didn't have a key for me, so I had to use a house key. The room was quite small and the hotel is located next to a train so it's quite loud. Room was clean and rest of facilities were nice, but I wouldn't recommend given all the other options.

Unfortunately we were not happy at this hotel. We were placed alongside the lift (rm102) and it was constantly clanging as it went up/down & other guests. The bed was like a rock and woke up not just to constant lift noise, but to train noise outside & being so sore on the bed. We asked for help next morning but they said sorry nothing we can do. Noticed other reviews were given white noise or earplugs, but weren't offered anything. We left that day and forfeited our money as it was just too unbearable. Dont recommend, its unbelievable they sell rooms like this. Its so disappointing & costly to tourists finding other accommodation 👎

I didn't like the concept of this hotel. It is not a hotel, nor a B&B. The rooms are too small and the cafeteria was too simple. There are many other hotel on the same street with a nicer ambience and concept.

Je ne comprends pas le classement 3,5 étoiles : absence de véritable service hôtelier. Équipements corrects, sans plus. Aucun ménage inclus pendant le séjour, facturé en supplément sur demande. En pleine canicule, un mini-frigo aurait été utile. L’établissement exige l’enregistrement en ligne de la carte bancaire avant l’arrivée pour fournir le code d’accès et la caution, sans alternative acceptée, ce que je trouve contraignant.

clean, comfy bed, great shower, coffee pod machine and tea making facility - small single room but this is very good value for London in a great location - 10 min walk to Paddington, close to tube, Hyde Park and Notting Hill etc.
