I was also told that I was upgraded which didn't seem like it... Rooms could use some updating - the carpet was stained and in general if felt dirty. I would have been fine if I paid 1/2 the price of what I paid. For over $250 a night you would expect a nice hotel room"

"Room was clean. Very very small but we expected that. It’s like a modern hotel in an old building so that was great. A couple things didn’t work. There’s both USB-C and USB- A chargers on BOTH sides of the bed but only one side worked so wife and I had to take turns charging our phones and then down the hall was a water-filling/filtration system that ALSO was not working but the tap water tastes fine. Great location for getting to the Westminster area and Heathrow on the Underground and good choices for restaurants nearby. "
