This stylish and very large 3 Bedroom 3.5 apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) was completely refurbished, decorated and furnished by a well-known interior designer. It is in an amazing location in the best part of Mayfair, next to Brown’s Hotel, moments from Piccadilly by The Ritz Hotel and moments from Bond Street, where most of the top brands can be found. Green Park tube station is 4 minutes’ walk. Piccadilly Circus station is 7 minutes’ walk. Harrod’s in Knightsbridge is a 10 minutes’ drive or 2 stops by tube from Green Park. This refurbished apartment is a superb base for your London stay.

Located next to the world-famous Brown’s Hotel with The Ritz just moments away, one of London’s elegant arcades – The Royal Arcade – takes you through to Bond Street, home to Gucci, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Viton – the list goes on and on. Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park are a short walk from your apartment putting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and so much more within walking distance of your apartment. Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square are both close and most of London’s theatres are a few minutes’ walk from your apartment.

Your apartment is a very large 174 square meters or 1873 square feet in size and is located on the 2nd floor of this superbly refurbished building with a very high standard of finish throughout. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has parquet flooring throughout along with stylish rugs. The bright and spacious Lounge leads through to the Kitchen and then to the Dining Room beyond, with its conservatory-style roof. Air-conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 4-seat sofa and 2 armchairs facing towards the large 4K Smart TV with satellite channels, which can be concealed. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment.

The separate Dining Room, just beyond the kitchen, with its elegant dining table, has seats for 6 and is positioned beneath a large, glazed conservatory-style roof, making it exceptionally bright during daylight hours. Ample china, glass and cutlery is provided for your stay. The Dining Room is located adjacent to the Master Bedroom and there is a small window from the Master Bedroom (with blind, of course). Double doors from the Dining Room lead into the corridor by the Master Bedroom entrance.

The very modern, elegant, well-equipped kitchen has 4-ring electric hob with central extract, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. The washer/dryer is located in a cupboard in the corridor leading to the Master Bedroom. There are 3 bar stools alongside the kitchen work area.

As you step up from the Living area, the elegant and extremely spacious Master Bedroom is down a corridor to your left at the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. The corridor has extensive wardrobes. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and ample further wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. It has a second 4K Smart TV.

A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the Master Bedroom or the living area for a 7th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available, on request.

The ensuite Bathroom to the Master Bedroom has superbly elegant modern free-standing bathtub with hand shower and a separate walk-in rain shower cubicle. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin, bidet and toilet.

The good-sized Second Bedroom of the apartment is also rear facing and accessed from the main hallway. As in the other rooms, it has double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space with drawers tucked away inside. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The ensuite bathroom to the Second Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and toilet.

The Third Bedroom, also accessed of the main hallway, is front facing and protected from any possible noise by double-glazed windows. The Third Bedroom also has a Queen size bed and ample wardobe space and drawers. The ensuite bathroom to the Third Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, ample wash-hand basin and toilet.

There is a Guest Bathroom off the hallway inside the apartment, close to the living area. The hallway of the apartment has entryphone and a second, glass door outside the apartment (just past the lift, which is right outside) protects you from any possible noise on the staircase. One of just 4 very stylish contemporary apartments in this building, you can book this along with the other Three Bedroom apartment above or either the Two Bedroom Apartment on the 4th floor or the One Bedroom apartment on the 1st Floor, if you have a larger party than this very large apartment alone can accommodate.

Great Mayfair Spot

We stayed as a family of 5 and had a brilliant time. Check-in was simple and the loft is great. I love Mayfair and this location is in a great location and very near to everything. We would definitely stay again.

We were pleased with our stay. Location was excellent. Flat was clean and well appointed as advertised. No issues with the Flat or support from the Host. The only issue is one of the bedrooms that faces the street has to deal with street noise at night, which can last well into the night.

Perfect home base for a week in London

Comfortable, clean, great showers, central to everything, perfect for running in any of the 4 nearby parks. Just need to get used to laundry taking a while with the all-in-one European system so pack accordingly. The flat truly made our vacation that much more enjoyable. To come back from 12 miles of walking to a “home” instead of a hotel room was divine. Robert was also incredibly gracious and thoughtful with his responses over text to help us plan. We want to move in permanently!

A Wonderful place to stay!

My family & I stayed for 5 days. Our place was amazing! We didn't use it to its full potential as we spent so much time away from the residence and touring. The only thing I would suggest to any Americans, is to bring washcloths. I had forgotten to inquire about that and certainly not usually a big deal but Americans will miss them. After a few minor problems, Bob was there or sent someone within an hour of my texts to correct them. I would certainly recommend this apartment !

Perfection

I do t have a single criticism to leave on this flat. Absolutely gorgeous, well kept, well supplied, and in the best location I could conceive of. We have stayed in several flats around London that were all nice and places that I would have stayed again, but this flat is just another level. The check in process was incredibly smooth and I was fully informed on the flat’s working. Communication during the stay was fantastic, and I was so pleasantly surprised when they came for a mid-well tidy and brought fresh towels. I am clumsy and I broke a lamp (apologies if you check in immediately after me). The host was extremely kind and responsive over the issue. Finally, the location. Wow. I’m pretty familiar with London, and I could not dream of a better location. I walked everywhere from Marylebone to Buckingham to The City and every point in between. Perfect! Can’t wait to be back if they will have me.

Overall, great stay, but some issues that should be addressed

With no doubt, an incredible location and the flat is a beautiful property and space; can't get better with this prime Mayfair address. However, we did have issues with check-in process, washer/dryer, and management of the property. We were able to leave our suitcases upon arrival and of course understood about the later check-in. However, upon then "checking in", the woman who cleaned the flat was the only one to give us keys and she briefly showed us around the flat, spoke broken English, and acknowledged that the dryer didn't really work. Property manager never did a walkthrough with us, nor was any manual left, which we are accustomed to with these VRBOs. The thermostats were confusing, the wifi was confusing, the coffee maker only made cold coffee (so we went out to Starbucks each morning instead). Again, beautiful property and location but, especially after staying in multiple VRBO properties, the check-in process and management really needs improvement.

Superb flat in the heart of London’s Mayfair.

This flat gets my highest possible review as a frequent VRB0 renter. The location is superb. The building and flat itself are newly renovated, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. We stayed as three couples in our 60s, and found the flat to be extremely spacious. The master bedroom is enormous, the second bedroom comfortable and the third a bit small in comparison. All have excellent en suite bathrooms, once again the master’s being enormous. There is also a hall bath which is very convenient. Grocery shopping is available at the Whole Foods near Piccadilly Circus, and the Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s near the Green Park tube station. All three are very walkable, as is access to the three nearest tube stations of Piccadilly Circus, Green Park and Oxford Circus. There are literally too many restaurants to count within a five minute walk from the flat, from traditional pubs to super high-end dining. All the appliances worked well. (Note that while there is a clothes washer, there is not a clothes dryer, but rather a clothes drying rack. We found this to be adequate to our needs.) The flat has air conditioning which worked beautifully. The internet was good, occasionally weak in different areas of the of the flat, but overall completely satisfactory. House manager Bob (a different person from your host Robert Hargreaves) was attentive to all of our needs. Despite being on one of the chicest shopping streets in London, the flat was extremely quiet. Stay there if you can!

Great property in London!

This is a beautiful property located in a great area. It was very clean and had a large space for us to gather between our excursions in the city. Our family of 3 generations enjoyed it very much. There was someone to meet us when we arrived and the elevator made it easy to get our luggage upstair. Communication with the property manager was easy and he was responsive. It was really nice having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect Spring Vacation

My husband and 2 teenage boys had a wonderful week in a well thought out high end flat at a great location. We prepared breakfast daily. We managed the washer / dryer unit by loading the machine 1/3 the capacity. The lift was very convenient to have. We walked about 16K steps a day. Mayfair is a very beautiful neighborhood with excellent restaurants, cafes and shopping. Fortum and Mason is a 10 minute walk. We took buses and trains to British Museum, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Greenwich (via Uber Boat) and Frameless. We miss London so much!

It was like a secret little apartment you wouldn’t know existed and just steps away from anything you need. Small waste dryer in one and only had 2 wash cloths but other than that it was perfect for us.

Robert's flat was everything it was advertised to be. The location worked really well for us. We were there with our 4 youngest grandchildren ( ages 9-13 ) and it was so easy to get around to all the attractions the kids wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment in very convenient London neighborhood

This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment We were a multi-generational group of five. You can walk easily to Piccadilly or Buckingham Palace. Green St. tube, Green Park, and an M&S grocery are just a couple of blocks away. If the apartment is available, grab it!

Great location

Pros: Living area bright light. Comfortable seating. Well-equipped kitchen. A/C heat/cool worked very well. Plenty of towels, maid service mid-stay. Back bedroom totally quiet. Good bathrooms. Very firm mattresses (too firm for some of us). Bob was easy to communicate with. Best of all, easy, lovely walks to many sights, beautiful parks and buildings, nearby grocery and tube stop around the corner. Many, many excellent restaurants with various cuisines in the immediate neighborhood. Easy to get a taxi. Cons: Hefty fee for late arrivals (coming from US you are either hours too early or late). Convection stove worked erratically, despite one of us couples having one at home. Sole coffee maker uses pods that were hard to obtain, though Bob supplied more the next afternoon. The front bedroom got a lot of noise from street construction, the third bedroom, and especially the bathroom, are smaller than the others, and the combo washer dryer does not get the clothes dry, even with a very very small load. There is a drying rack.

Lovely apartment, great location

The flat is very appealing and was immaculate when we arrived. This property is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, just off Picadilly for easy access to the Green Park tube station, black cabs hailed on Picadilly, Brown's hotel for tea and drinks, and good nearby shopping and browsing. Americans needing their morning coffee fix will find several coffee shops less than 5 minutes away. Also nearby are Marks and Spencer Food and Sainsbury's for groceries and other items. The staff is very friendly. Know that there is a combination washer/dryer on premise, but it doesn't dry medium to heavier weight clothes fully, so you may need to hang them for a day on the drying rack provided. Overall, we had a highly memorable and enjoyable stay in one of the world's greatest cities.
