Whether seeking cultural experiences or enjoying the lively atmosphere, our apartment is the perfect starting point for your London adventure.
Please take note that the property does not have an elevator and to access the flat, you will need to use the stairwell to the second floor.
It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sitting area with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a door leading onto a balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.
There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second features a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
Additionally, the property is located in the busy area of Barnsbury Estate, so street noises are to be expected.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
The property is located in the busy area of Barnsbury Estate, so street noises are to be expected.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
