"We have stayed at the hotel several times and the one obervation I would share is the dated technology in the rooms. The lact of smart phone connectivity is dated and unhelpful. All other aspects of our stay were fine and consistent with the high standards we expect of the hotel"

"Excellent location - steps to shows, restaurants, shopping, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery. Easy to plan your whole trip around this starting point. We popped into St. Martin-in-the-fields Cathedral just because it’s practically next door and happened to get treated to a free choir performance that was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel room was a good size, enough room for the 3 of us to open up our suitcases without blocking up the path around the beds. Beds were comfortable with luxurious bedding and towels. Good water pressure and no problems with water drainage. Excellent A/C."
