"Our family has been staying here for over 10 years. It’s even better with the new renovations. The kids (14 years and 7 years) absolutely LOVE the pools! Very family friendly. We hate leaving this place. It’s our home away from home. "

"This place was very, very mediocre at best. The staff was average to poor. Our initial reservation was for three nights, but then we extended it to four nights. When we checked in at the front desk, we were told we had to come back at 9 PM to make sure that the extra day was connected to our three day initial reservation. The room was OK but I I don’t like the two sliding doors to get into the bathroom. They never close properly. I like to keep the heat and steam in the bathroom and those doors are poor at doing that. The pool area was a joke. It was basically a big concrete pool and a second smaller pool and a hot tub. It was basically a big concrete slab with some blue tents around the pool. The bar/restaurant near the pool was terrible. We waited for 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to wait on us when we sat down and then we finally had to get up and walked to the bar asked the waiter to take our order. When our order was ready he waved at us to come and pick it up at the bar all of our food was in “to go” bags. We had to go back to the table and eat off our Styrofoam plates and packages with plastic utensils. He never even came to our table the entire time he stayed behind the bar and the restaurant only had about four or five people in it. The casino area seemed very nice and they had a upscale bar named Orange sky on the top floor, which was very nice. However, the maître D was pretty unfriendly and had very poor communication skills. "The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We had a shower curtain that could not keep the water in the space. Water flowed on to the bathroom floor making it slippery. The property is soothing and tropical. There is no elevator to the second floor. "
