「I checked in here on May 28th, 2025 at 3:00 pm but ended up checking out at 12:00 am the same day due to multiple issues. My first room on the 1st floor was not clean. There was visible dust all over the floor and the cabinets were broken. I asked to change rooms. They moved me to the 4th floor. It was slightly better but still not clean. 「ラグジュアリーさはありませんでしたが、清潔で、お風呂のお湯はすぐ浴槽に溜まり、とてもリーズナブルに宿泊できました。スタッフさんの対応もよかったです。ロビーのギフトショップも夜遅くまで営業していて、飲みものや軽食が通常価格で買えて助かりました。 毎回入室時にペンキ臭を感じましたが、すぐに気にならなくなりました。ありがとうございました。」

「空港への無料シャトルバスがあり、利用する航空会社に便利なところまで送ってくれるのでありがたいです。朝食はシンプルでした。」

「新しくできたユニバーサルのパークに行くために利用しました。早朝7時に到着し、荷物をフロントにあずけ、すぐにパーク行きのシャトルバスにのれて、開演まえに入場したので、大人気のアンブリッジのアトラクションに2回ライドできました。 お部屋は、とても綺麗で、ディズニーのポップセンチュリーよりお値段安いけど、豪華な部屋で大満足でした。」
