Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially Tanya. Spoke English very well and assisted us with tours and transport. We stayed here on three separate occasions during our visit to Chile. The rooms were very clean although some were a little run down-floor boards separating, slow sink in one room and a poor toilet flush in another. The hotel is well located to metro and major thoroughfares although the area a bit transitional with beautifully restored old buildings and dilapidated
Ones side by side. Morning breakfast was very good- including cooked eggs to suit.

In the old centro of Santiago. Nice breakfast and very nice staff specially Fernanda and Macarena.
