I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Santiago. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

A nice hotel near the Costanera Tower & Mall

The hotel is very clean in a nice area. There are many restaurants within steps and a large shopping mall nearby. The rooms are comfortable. The roof top pool is refreshing on a hot day and has wonderful views. However; you must use two flights of stairs to access it. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of items including fresh omelets.

It was very disappointing to see the hotel’s pool was closed. It’s the first picture advertised in Expedia and we book this hotel just because we wanted to enjoy the pool during the Summer in Santiago

The hotel is overvaluated, high price for the service and quality received, reception staff not friendly, bathroom items need updating, no service laundry same day, housekeeping delivered my washed clothes in another room. Around the hotel have nice restaurants

Real good facility in Santiago down With the comfortable stay at Four ponits, first visit to Chile makes me come again soon by top priority There are numerous nice restaurants near the hotel which give me another reason to comeback!

Situated in a vibrant area with lots of young people, bars and restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of the Costanera Tower and shopping centre, plus parks. We always felt safe although we typically don't go out at night. There is some road construction going on in front of the building, which causes a bit of dust and noise, however, this didn't affect our stay any.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance from the Costanera Tower the tallest building in South America that also houses the biggest mall in Santiago. It was also a 15 minute walk from the San Crystobal Hill cable car a must have experience. The only reason I am giving 4’stars is because the thermostat didn’t work at night and the room used to become unbearably hot. The lights switches in the room are also weird and a bit difficult to understand. We had to call the security guard on two nights to help us switch the lights off. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty good. The best part was the hotel staff were super helpful and always smiling and mostly could communicate in English.

Check in Staff did a good job. A little disappointed in the room. It was a Junior Suite with plenty of space but only one chair to sit on. With any Suite I at least expect a small couch and table to enjoy TV, glass of wine or whatever. Ended up one of us had no choice but to sit on the bed. The room was certainly clean but dated to the point of paint bubbled on the wall in the bathroom and grout problems in the Shower. Definitely time for renos. Overall though still a good value for the price but not to the level of most other Marriot properties.
