Black Rock Mountain State Park

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay overall! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the interior of the hotel looked great. The outside of the property could use a little updating and attention, but that didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, Four Points by Sheraton was a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great from check in to check out with an exception. Service at the pool was slow, very slow . Ordered 2 burgers , 2 beers, 4 shots. After 15 minutes I was told the burgers were taking longer than expected. I said”can I have the drinks” . 10 minutes later I go to the bar and the waitress that took my order said it taking longer. I said it’s not very time consuming to grab 2 beers out of the frig and to pour 4 shots! Another 10 minutes later. I get shots then in a grand total of 40 mins the burgers arrived. The bar had 19 people with three bar tenders. Bar tenders could use some training but there must be better communication from the waitress and the bar tenders. But they were quick with the check because her shift was ending. Glad I could accommodate her schedule
