"The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hotel was perfect to walk to the lido or local pizzerias (about 20mins) the bus service was frequent and easy to get to from the train station. I'd definitely come again and recommend to others who want a relaxing family friendly experience "

"This place should be calle Miramosquito instead of Miramare. This is an outright camp site. And the reality is that you should be prepared to deal with the huge insects that feast on your blood. Bring your bug spray. Overall, the bungalow it self was basic and clean but way too many bugs And unfortunately, the beach is rocky and though the view of the Mediterranean is enticing, the fact that the bungalow lacks screens and air conditioning makes it very uncomfortable to stay in. "Great location, and we loved the staff and view. We did have some trouble when we first arrived with a musty odor in our room, but we were able to air it out pretty well while we were there. "

"Great views and quiet location. Parking very limited, but I as able to park on property both times. WiFi good in public areas, didn’t work in room. Cell phone signal weak inside as well. I would stay again for the location, but I understand the church may not be renewing contract as a hotel next year (2018)."

"Great value for money right downtown Livorno. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast included with helpful service. Lack of drawer space or shelves. No elevator so needed help with suitcases, which was freely given. Also there was a step up into the bathroom, so a trip hazard in the night. Overall we were very satisfied and chose to stay again on a return visit. Recommendation: try the Cafe Duomo for dinner, just a short block away."
