「Communication with the host was great, the place was spotless. We were close to downtown restaurants. 」

「Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not」

「Has everything you need to be comfortable. Well furnished and clean! Would stay again」

「That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. 「We had a great stay, love the location, walkable to everything in Sanford we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again. It’s cozy, but has everything for 2 people. 」

「Everything was incredible and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again 100%!」

I didn’t get a check-in/welcome email from Vrbo like I usually do so I called the property owner and she was very...

「Thank you! We had a great stay. The place was immaculate with cleanness, comfort, and decor. My family was very comfortable. We played board games, made breakfast and were centrally located. When I return to Orlando I will like to stay in this location again.」

「Property was great except for the fact that the entire place smelled of pet urine. Couldn't stay. Had to cancel. Very displeased」
