「The staff was exceptional. Shout out to Maheseh, who helped us to celebrate my daughters 50th birthday by upgrading our room, and sending up champagne and choc.strawberries. She was blown away by the kindness. This Hilton is definitely my favorite place to vacation. 」

「Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. 」

「Fantastic rental unit. Mike was very responsive, respectful and extremely helpful with all sort of information before we arrived. The unit was stocked with so many items for the forgetful traveler that it saved us on a rush trip the evening we arrived. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our time in the unit as well as Hilton Head in general.」
