「The staff was absolutely amazing, always a smile and asking if there is anything else that was needed. We were there during an extremely hot week temps were in the 100s all week and our air kept at 68 no problems. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shuttle made it easy to venture out. Uber was also very easy to get with never more than a 5 minute wait. Highly recommended! 」

「I enjoyed my stay on the property. However I had to pay an additional $135.00 at the property for parking and resorts fees. The “resort” only offer a normal pool and hot tub. Parking was 35.00 SELF PARK or 45.00 for valet. Its the only hotel on that side of the river. Definitely a rip off. Outside of that my stay was excellent. 」

「Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. 」

「Fantastic rental unit. Mike was very responsive, respectful and extremely helpful with all sort of information before we arrived. The unit was stocked with so many items for the forgetful traveler that it saved us on a rush trip the evening we arrived. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our time in the unit as well as Hilton Head in general.」

「Stayed with our 5 kids (ages 13-3) and had a wonderful vacation! The place is perfect for families, the condo had everything we needed and more (including a washer and dryer). The resort had so many pools and hot tubs- we would “pool hop” after hanging at the beach or wandering around downtown (which was a half mile down the beach or road (with large sidewalks!).
