「Although very early arrival we were warmly welcomed with coffee and a builder's tea!! Room was ready too. The whole duration of our stay was excellent. All staff, however busy were always willing to help, starting from Jamie - the owner, who set an excellent example to his team. Richard too made sure all visitors were looked after. 「All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The service was great too. The hotel is in a gorgeous quiet spot surrounded by trees with beautiful gardens. It's conveniently located for St. Peter Port, either to walk the cliff path or use local buses. 「Town Terminusのバス停から徒歩で向かいました。直前の角を曲がった後は目印となるものがないため不安を覚えますが、ドイツ銀行を過ぎたところに目立たない入口があります。部屋にはひと通りのものが揃っており快適でした。WiFiの速度も問題ありませんでした。」

「The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.」

「Felt very much a home from home. Michael and Leigh were lovely and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and Michael gave several recommendations on things to do. Sark is a beautiful place to relax and to step out of a busy world for a while.」

「Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.」
