A great place to stay. Well located in the center of town with parking. Fabulous staff. Stairs to room 27 were a bit of a challenge. Bathtub in room 21 was a challenge to get in and out of without my husband's help. The Picke Pig had delicious food.

Great boutique hotel, staff extremely friendly, great room, superb location (just don't bring the Daimler over, car park a tad small), great for walking around St Peter Port. I couldn't fault anything during our stay.

Very good place to stay as a base for St Peter Port & Guernsey. Very central yet quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful: lovely people! Restaurant meals, especially the breakfasts, were great and reasonably priced. Our room was difficult to keep cool during the recent heat wave but staff responded very quickly to our comments. Overall: highly recommended.

Warm welcome at Reception. Room was very clean. Restaurant staff were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. We ate at hotel on first evening and had a fine meal. Breakfast were sheer delight. Buffet and continental options were plentiful. Options for cooked breakfast were cooked freshly to order and excellent. On checking out we were able to leave our luggage until our taxi arrived.

Brilliant location. 2 minutes to the heart of St Peter Port and 5 minutes to the Herm Ferry, 10 minutes to the bus station. Wonderful restaurants around. Staff were really helpful and lovely. We lost a key late at night and it was sorted with a smile. Breakfast ladies were fabulous. Hotel was clean (being cleaned all the time), breakfast was very nice and rooms were clean and spacious. We benefited from gorgeous weather , so the outside bar area was lively and fun. Highly recommend.

Used for a 1nt stop over. Clean, friendly and affordable. Only one issue was my mum has some mobility issues, both are nearly 80 and were on the 4th, top floor with no lift. So its worth mentioning when booking if you struggle with stairs
