Property was clean, and rooms were usual size for Europe. The location was excellent and close to everything for walking all of the old part of Portugal. The restaurants and cafés are close by as with all the attractions too.

Crisp smell when coming in, great decor and exudes a classy atmosphere. In the middle of Lisbon which makes everything accessible. Within walking distance of stores such as Zara and Brownie, near the metros and bus stations, close proximity to both fast food, high end restaurants! Rooms have balconies even on the first floor which gives you a view of either the busy street or the garden, or the city. The only downfall is that it does get quite noisy at night which makes it almost impossible to fall asleep. On the first floor you hear all kinds of conversations from those in the lobby and those walking up and down the stairs which contributes to the noise that can prevent you from falling asleep. Room was clean, had two complimentary water bottles and chocolates with tea, coffee and sugar packets! TV and AC in room which were both functional. Overall the place was great but the walls were pretty thin on the first floor. 3.5/5🌟🌟🌟

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Twenty four hour check in, so disregard the hotels.com information about last check in at 22.00hrs. Very clean, air conditioned rooms.

Great location and a comfortable atmosphere

Our stay was quite fine. Location is excellent as it is very close to the train and metro station and bus routes. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Attentive and extremely helpful staff (directions, ordering taxis, etc.). Room was very small but clean,comfortable, and extremely quiet. Excellent breakfast.
