Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations!

Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid.
Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

"This is our third stay at this motel . We always stay in the rooms with the outdoor spa. The view from the spa is unbeatable . The room is large and comfortable .
