Trattasi di residence in un parco bellissimo situato su di un panoramico promontorio, dove domina il silenzio.Gli appartamenti sono freschi e confortevoli. Le note dolenti sono nei servizi : assenza di televisione i telefoni non hanno campo, almeno per i gestori da noi utilizzati, non esiste il wi.fay. La piscina, campo da tennis supermarket ci sono ma non sono funzionanti. La distanza dal centro abitato è di circa 3 km , le spiagge balneabili sono a circa 1 km. e non esistono mezzi di comunicazione, pertanto è necessario un mezzo di locomozione. Il personale composto dal direttore e da un'addetta alle pulizie, è sicuramente gentile e disponibile.

A rental house and not an hotel

The location is gorgeous and it made our stay worthwhile. Said that the two bedroom unit was poorly kept (thick scale on all taps, broken shower cabin...), no breakfast, WiFi available only in the reception building. NO room service. Only wire transfer, check or cash was accepted for payment. The pictures on Expedia did not match what I saw. Positives: free shuttle rides back and forth the "hotel" and the village center.

Jerà Resort?

IL signor Ferruccio ci ha chiesto di pagare subito in contanti e poi ci ha portato in una sorta di condominio. L'appartamento, privo di aria condizionata, aveva un piccolo bagno molto puzzolente. La pulizia delle camere non veniva effettuata e il cambio degli asciugamani di tela ogni 5 giorni. Chi abitava gli altri appartamentini pagava 30 € al giorno a persona, quindi noi abbiamo pagato esattamente il doppio.

Online-Angebot entpricht nicht der Realität

Das Angebot entsprach in keinster Weise den Erwartungen: - Zimmer nicht im gebuchten 3-Sterne-Hotel (das hat wohl mit dem dazugehörenden Restaurant geschlossen...), sondern in einer Art Camping-Residenz nebenan - Kein WiFi, kein Pool (wurde aber so beworben) - Kein Handynetz (!!), kein Fernseher, keine Klimaanlage (ausser gegen den bescheidenen Aufpreis von 30EUR/Nacht...), keine Fenster (nur balkonartige Eingangstür) - Die Handtücher erinnerten eher an ehemalige Tischtücher und Stoffservietten auf der Suche nach einer neuen Aufgabe - Eine zweite Rolle Klopapier für 5 Übernachtungen hätte man sich bei vermeintlichen 3 Sternen noch wünschen dürfen - Die eine Mauer im Zimmer begann schon ziemlich heftig zu bröckeln - Wenn man das Zimmer tagsüber geschlossen hat (Fenstertür und Läden - sonst war es nicht möglich, abzuschliessen), musste man erst einmal eine Stunde lüften, um den ekligen Geruch aus dem Bad zu neutralisieren - Die Holzläden sahen aus, als wären sie schon erfolgreich aufgebrochen worden, nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend - Am Ende eine handschriftliche Rechnung bekommen, der Staat wird von unserem Geld sicher nie etwas sehen Fazit: Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, für eine solch armselige Dienstleistung, die obendrein mit falschen Angaben beworben wird, so viel Geld zu verlangen (69EUR/Nacht). Ich kann Ihnen als Reisende nur empfehlen, diesen Ort zu meiden und Ihnen als Reiseanbieter, diese Anlage aus Ihren Angeboten zu entfernen.

Breve sosta a vulcano

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato solo 1 notte. Il resort è un po abbandonato e il giardino è poco curato. Camera piccola ma molto accogliente, arieggiata e a contatto con la natura. Il titolare è stato davvero cortese, ci ha dato informazioni e delle curiosità sull'isola. La colazione un po scarsa e non all'altezza di un resort, ma considerando l'offerta di hotels.com era apprezzabile. La piscina con acqua termale è stupenda. Soggiorno in generale positivo. Prenderemo in considerazione la struttura per la prossima vacanza a vulcano

To get to the port it was dark and a 20 minute walk. We ran out of toilet paper, and no one refilled it. The pool area is nice and the restaurant is ok. But the restaurant had no prices listed. If you literally are just there to sleep, its ok. But no towel change or room cleaning was done. There is a shuttle that brings you to and from the port at 9am and 7pm. Otherwise you have to walk uphill in the dark for 20 minutes or pay for the shuttle service €10 total. We walked but it is tiresome after a long day

L'hotel si trova a Vulcanello immerso nella tipica macchia mediterranea. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi ma con un po' di fatica al ritorno che è tutto in salita. Noi abbiamo noleggiato degli scooter. L'ambiente è familiare. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale attento e disponibile. Scarsa la manutenzione. Vulcano favolosa!

Relax e magia per tutta la famiglia.

Struttura "outstanding",rilassante lussureggiante e per molti tratti magica...la storia mitologica sponsorizzata dal proprietario, unita alle acque termali della meravigliosa piscina,portano virtualmente il turista, in un altra dimensione astratta e leggera.Ottimo il ristorante di sapori ed aromi tipici eoliani.

Essenziale per stare bene.

Sembrerà strano vedere il massimo dei voti in tutte le voci, ma bisogna pur dare a Cesare quel che è di Cesare, questo posto ha una bella caratteristica (oggi introvabile), la natura, il contatto con la natura. No aria condizionata ma villette ben arieggiate accanto al mare con delle pale o vortici sopra il letto, quasi a voler farti tornare indietro nel tempo per riassaporare ciò che abbiamo perso o peggio, dimenticato. Mare, natura, e soprattutto acque termali che sgorgano dalle docce o nella bellissima e comoda piscina. Abbiamo conosciuto il creatore di tutto questo (Ferruccio) e osservandolo abbiamo capito la sua filosofia dello star bene e lui lo fa da moltissimi anni. Grazie e ci torneremo sicuramente. In stanza non c'era nessuno dei servizi garantiti, letti scomodissimi, senza aria condizionata, pulizia scarsa, la struttura è come abbandonata a se stessa, in posizione sfavorevole rispetto ai servizi di collegamento verso le altre isole, tra l'altro non è stato rispettato neanche il prezzo di prenotazione, in poche parole presi in giro totalmente. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, allo stesso prezzo avrei potuto prenotare sicuramente strutture migliori.

Bellissimo panorama, peccato il servizio

il villaggio e' lasciato a se stesso, poco personale e non proprio del tutto disponibile. Bellissima piscina, e' l'unica cosa di attrattiva del villaggio oltre al panorama. Distanza dal centro circa 1,5 km, pericoloso la notte perché non illuminata né la strada né il villaggio. La cosa positiva che siamo dimagriti per tutta la strada in salita fatta a piedi, trasportando anche pesanti sacchetti della spesa. Pero' posso dire che di fronte si trova un altro villaggio con prezzi stratosferici, pur trovandosi sulla stessa struttura. L'unica cosa in piu' che hanno la navetta gratuita. Consiglio questo villaggio a chi ha la macchina. Qualita' prezzo buono. Ci tornerei per l'isola Vulcano che e' bellissima!!

Non è un hotel

Prima di tutto non è un hotel, quindi non vi aspettate la pulizia giornaliera della camera e il cambio lenzuola, sono delle stanze attrezzate con un piccolo cucinino. Alcuni servizi compresi nella prenotazione sono in realtà a pagamento come, ad esempio, il bus navetta e l'aria condizionata. Personale non poliglotta e sopratutto la posizione indicata nella mappa non corrisponde al vero. per tutto il resto "buone vacanze".

La strura e buona ma non sufficientemente curata, buona la piscina e il mangiare nel ristorante scarsa anzi per nulla la pulizia nelle camere nel week and non sono mai venuti a pulire la camera e cambiare gli asciugamani. Nei bagni nn ci sono saponi le camere sono prive di aria condizionata ed hanno solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Nn sono munite ne di tv ne di telefono. Sicuramente il mio prossimo soggiorno non sarà li. Il prezzo ovviamente è adeguato alla struttura ma nn corrisponde ai servizi indicati in pubblicità .

Hôtel difficile à trouver, peu indiqué. Le site est très joli ; c'est assez loin du centre mais le gérant est toujours prêt à vous accompagner en voiture avec une hospitalité et une convivialité exceptionnelles. 2 chambres parfaites et une cuisinette dehors sous abri ,suffisante pour un court séjour.

Un peu eloigné, prix correct, personnel super

N'ayant pas eu la navette à l'arrivée et étant arrivé à la nuit, je n'ai jamais trouvé l'hotel pour ma 1ère nuit. J'ai trouvé l'hotel le lendemain, le personnel est très sympa et m'a fait oublié ma mésaventure, bien qu'un peu éloigné du coeur vulcano, l'endroit est agréable. IMPORTANT notez porto ponente ou direction vulcanello pour trouver l'hotel qui n'est pas du tout indiqué et le numéro de tel pas à jour sur beaucoup de site.

situation fournis sur la carte est fausse. L’hôtel se situe au nord de l’île, relativement loin du port. Les chambre sont situé à coté du karaoké en plein air qui fini après minuit, donc pas conseillé avec des enfants en bas age ou pour les couches tôt. Not correct situation on map : far of the port. Personnel serviable, grande piscine, chambre correcte et qualité prix ok pour l’île.

de gjorde ikke rent på værelserne, på grund af vi ikke kunne tale italiensk. Vi fik ikke tilbudt all inclusive, fordi vil ikke talte italiensk. Så vi kunne betale alt for høj en pris for mad og drikkevare i stedet.
