「It is a little bit far away from Chicago down town but the room was clean and convenient if you have a long stay because they have free breakfast and laundry, fitness center and so on and so forth. 」

「By far, the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help me with some strange communication issues I was having when I lost my cell phone. The staff was communicative and accessible. Although I would have enjoyed a morning mini breakfast, coffee was always available and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. I would definitely stay there again! 5 stars from me!!」
「The staff at the desk were helpful and checking in and out was fast and easy. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I only stayed one night, just to have a bed and a shower, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The property looked nice and spacious as well. I think it should be advertised more clearly that the hotel is right next to some train tracks. I didn't mind them passing by, but others might not like the noise.」
