Only complaint is that the main bed was really two twin thin mattresses put on top of a metal cot frame, so they weren't the most comfortable beds. Apart from that everything from check-in to check-out was excellent! The apartment size was excellent for our family of 4. We loved having a small fridge to store drinks in. We also appreciated how quiet it was. Had a hanging rod for clothes, but no drawers nor many surfaces to put things. Shower stall was very small, but the showerhead was very good so showering was not a problem and I am over 6 feet. "We had the most wonderful stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends. The rooftop and pool cocktails were fabulous, breakfasts were delicious. The housekeeping staff were amazing and our room was always clean and well prepared. The front of house staff were a real treat, so kind and helpful while respecting our privacy."

"Great stay and would definitely visit again. The property is beautiful, historic and well maintained. The food was great and the daily breakfast surpassed all expectations. High marks for the staff, dining options, the pool, rooms, common areas, arrival/departure by boat, Venice shuttle. The fitness center was good enough. If I went back I’d probably skip the beach. "If I came back to Venice I would stay again. In a quiet residential area great for someone looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Less than a mile walk to public transportation (water bus) with easy access to all the places you’d want to visit. You have to walk a bit to get to the free public beach- you can’t access it from the end of the road. Friendly staff, cozy room, good atmosphere."
