The staff at Hotel da Bruno (which manages the apartments) were very helpful with everything we asked them for, including booking water taxis that picked us up from just behind the hotel. "Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"This apartment was so well stocked with kitchen ware! I loved the many purple utensils and the cow print refrigerator!! The location was also perfect! I even loved taking the garbage out to the trash collectors, they were SO nice! We also appreciated the host turning on the AC for us. It was warm, and we could not open the windows because of mosquitos. We would have preferred opening the windows to sleep, but you can't avoid nature!"

"This apartment had great views of the canal and rooftops of Venice. It was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and being close to all the dining and shopping. There is also luggage storage close by which made it nice for being able to check out and stay a little longer in Venice."

"I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. The apartment looks better from inside than outside; indeed it is a very nice and modern apartment, just what we needed for our three children. Everything in Venice is...

"the place was good - we arrived late at night and we had to cross the entire town to get the keys on foot. could aid the traveler with info about getting to venice by boat, but, train, etc."

"We absolutely loved this property! The apartment was comfortable. It was tucked away from all of the crowds and Yet never seemed far from anything. We would definitely stay here again! The hosts were also super helpful when we were unable to get a water taxi to take us back to the parking garage. They were able to get one for us without any trouble. We were so very thankful as it would have been a bit of a walk with all of our luggage… we did not pack light."

"We loved out stay in Venice! Cute place with a great view! The location was wonderful with lots of great shopping and restaurants close by. It was close enough that you could walk to the major sites, but far enough that it was as crowded as the big areas. Would definitely come back. "
