Our overnight stay was absolutely wonderful! The décor throughout was charming and beautifully suited to the historic character of the building—it felt like stepping back in time, but with every modern comfort. The staff were the true stars—warm, accommodating, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of, making the whole experience even more memorable. 「A wonderful hotel! As soon as you step inside the lobby, it feels cozy and warm… and the smell is beautiful. The customer service was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. The town of Queensferry is very quaint with a number of nice restaurants and pubs but is about a 15 min walk. Theres very little in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but you really dont need it as the hotel has a nice restaurant and everything you need. I’d highly recommend」
「The flight from London-Heahrow (BA) delayed 4.5 hours and my arrival time had to be after midnight (by a retail car), the receptionist was patiently waiting for my arrival and greeted me with a smile. This was great! I cannot find a word enough to express my mind of appreciation. Thank you very, very much.」
