"There is no water heater in the unit. And having to use the travelio appnyways was a major pain.
The actual staff at the tower was great. Travelio staff needs some work.
Also they do not tell you that internet is a separate fee that is limited to 2gbs for the whole trip. And you have to pay a deposit. "
